Please help us keep our schedule by arriving on time for all services and ten minutes early for all spa services. Guests that are late may be asked to reschedule their appointment. We encourage your pre-booking when possible to ensure your desired time and day of your next visit. When scheduling a special event service or a multi-service day, you may be asked to reserve your time with a credit card.

We require a 24 hours cancellation notice for all services. If less than a 24 hour notice is given for any cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the full service amount.  

All services have a limited time guarantee, and if you are not satisfied, please let us know within the first week. All chemical services can only be guaranteed with the home use of our Eufora professional products. All Eufora products have a 14-day exchange guarantee.

We offer gift certificates in any dollar amount.
